Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Sousão.

The winemaking process begins with cold maceration for two days. Fermentation occurs during 6 days with controlled temperature.
Dark, intense color. Fruity nose of black cherries, spices and dark plum. Rich structure in the mouth, with elegance. The velvety tannins are long and the fruit is well present.
