Careful grape selection and subsequent controlled fermentation, followed by the addition of "Aguardente" to halt fermentation after 3 to 4 days.
With a deep and intense color, exhibiting shades of purple and violet reflections. On the nose, it captivates with pronounced aromatic intensity, showcasing predominant notes of ripe fruits like black cherries and plums. Delicate hints of spices such as black pepper, along with a subtle touch of chocolate, add complexity to the aroma. On the palate, this wine reveals itself as full-bodied and well-balanced, featuring smooth and silky tannins.
